Someone you know closely or was with you at the time?

I can understand not going to authority, but it's better to cooperate with cops if there's no loss for you. Not cooperating will just end up biting you later usually, if there's no harm in that cooperation at least.

Right now, I'm just trying to figure this guy out. Trying to find the pattern.
